系統亦會提供不同的報表數據分析，並用圖表顯示出來，例如:學生月報表，學生流失統計表，每日收支表等等。詳細的報表有助分析目前的情況和制定未來的方針。

學生各科的測驗成績及缺席次數亦可記錄在系統中，儲存後可列印成學生月報表。

The test scores of each subject and the frequency of absence for students can be recorded in the system, and print as a student monthly report.

記錄每月各科的學生流失人數 (包括：退學或轉班) ，方便統計。

出席一覽表可顯示所有學生的出席情況，學費期數，交費提示等等資料，能有系統地顯示所有資料。

The attendance list will show student attendance, course payment, and payment notification systematically.
